I thank all for their support. I have recovered very well for the amount of brain injury that I suffered but still struggle with memory and other problems. Ii have not received any further medical attention due to Coastal Recovery has no Workers Comp although I was a regular employee not a 1099 or contract employee, and the insurance company Tomco has not even paid my hospital bills. They were notified by my attorney and given the proper information and never responded to the notification. Also to be clear Coastal Recovery in Summerville, SC has done nothing to assist – he wouldn’t even answer the phone calls from Tomco and was given a choice by message to call them or lose his coverage, so I’m told. After the accident, Dan Wiggans left my personal property in the truck and gave it to the person who replaced me while i was in the hospital. When I came to 1 month later and tried to retrieve my stuff, most of it was gone and when brought this to Dan’s attention, he claimed he was trying to get me to come get my stuff. Really I didn’t even know who I was or who my family was or where i lived. When I asked him what we are going do about my stuff he replied ‘what do you want me to do, pay for it’ with sarcasm. Hundreds of dollars worth of my own stuff was gone – some of it was retrieved by me when I caught my replacement red handed with it after claiming he didn’t have it. This was brought to Dan Wiggan’s attention and he still did nothing. When I was medically allowed to return to work he gave me no work except for police calls for accident or impound calls that paid twenty dollars each and average 1 call a week. Then the transmission went bad on the truck that was assigned to me and he wouldn’t fix it. I hung around waiting and giving him the opportunity to do the right thing and he did nothing. He also made false promises to my wife while I was in the hospital that he would take care of everything and he did nothing but worry about himself. When I woke up he made false promises to me – he did nothing. People told me he would only worry about himself but I gave him the opportunity to do the right thing and he proved every one correct, he only worried about how he could escape this problem. So here I am 1 year later with tens of thousands of dollars of unpaid medical bills, no money for future medical care and a home in foreclosure. There is much more to this story that I cannot disclose at this time of his negligence before and after the incident. Also he has used the incident and my name to promote his company. I give thanks to RSIG for there donation and CARS for theirs. Me and my family thank everyone very much, and so every one knows Dan Wiggans tried to take credit for those donations and also tried to get them sent to him so he could give it to me and make it like they were his doing, when they were not. A co-worker Roy Keeney put the story on http://www.repoman.com and that’s where the donating companies got the information from and I thank him for that. Beware Dan Wiggans, Coastal Recovery, Summerville, SC is not a truthful, good person. He will tell you whatever you want to hear to shut you up and make you think he cares. He has only good intentions for himself and himself only, Also he is not the owner of the company as he claims to be – his stepfather Lanny Ryan of Melbourne, Florida is the legal owner. He has put up all the money and the company remains in his name and Dan runs the company in SC. The company does no business in Florida. Lanny Ryan is just the money man and that’s what Dan Wiggans likes so when things go bad, as his name is not legally bound to the company and he can just walk away.
