		<description>Big brother?  Aren&#039;t license plates mounted in plain public view?  Just because we use technology to read plates so that drivers can concentrate on the road does not infringe on anyones privacy.  If your not up for repo then your not at risk of being spotted.  Plus the private registered owner information is still private.  Its not like your home address is going to pop up on my screen.  Big brother???</description>
