We have introduced a new column this year that is aimed at those people that are interested in joining our industry.  We should be helping and guiding those that want to join this great business sector and that may have been thwarted by those within it that have tried to discourage them in many ways – what  short memories they have as we all had to start somewhere and that’s just as good for the newcomers as it has been for us!  Shame on you!

We have to be open minded and recognize that all industries need ‘new blood’ and the repossession industry is no different.
