They think they are building a business when in fact all they have done is created a job that has no benefits (health ins., vacation time, etc). Have you ever thought about writing an article that catagorizes the different levels of the Industry and where differnt sized companies fit within the Industry. Another interesting article would be to analyze the forwarding business model and its effect upon the Industry.
