Rusty Ritenour has gone unscathed as a 9-year veteran in the repo business – that is until last Sunday afternoon when one woman allegedly fought back.

Ritenour and Michelle Daniels got into an altercation Sunday outside her place of work, the Long John Silvers in Latrobe, after she noticed the repo man loading her car on a flat bed truck

Now, Daniels is facing a summary harassment citation – but she is calling for Ritenour’s firing.

Daniels spoke with KDKA Westmoreland Bureau Chief Trina Orlando, telling her she is now nursing a sore hand.

“It’s sore, it’s bruised, but aside from that I’m pretty good,” Daniels said.

According to Daniels, Ritenour initially told her she could take her belongings from her car. Then, the situation turned violent.
