BENTONVILLE – A Rogers man collapsed moments before a judge could sentence him for using a repossession agent’s badge to impersonate a police officer.
Jesse Lee Chastain II, 19, previously pleaded guilty to criminal impersonation in the first degree, a class D felony punishable with up to six years in prison. He pleaded guilty to the court without the benefit of a plea agreement, so Chastain’s punishment was in Circuit Judge Robin Green’s hands.
